Cheers, FG, I've handed it over to the laptop vet who has informed me that the HD has developed a fault. He can fix it but it will revert to factory settings which unfortunately comes with win 8, I got the free upgrade to Windows 10 when it launched but it's not free anymore. So it's decision time either get it fixed or buy another laptop, with Xmas around the corner I could do without the extra expense, but I do need a laptop for my music. Thanks for the good luck message, I'm sure I'll get sorted hopefully soon, best wishes ☺️. @ink Thanks for the heads up on Ubuntu I've had a quick mooch at the system and it look interesting but I'm not sure I'm ready to take the plunge. I can't get access to win os so I'm certainly fucked just like the hd, I shall take a more in depth look at Ubuntu once I get sorted out, thanks again ☺️.

It looks like my songwriting efforts are gonna be on hold, I've just downloaded the latest windows 10 update and it's screwed my laptop up. I've tried all ways to get it back to where it was previously including a rollback to no avail, the blue screen of death pops up after login followed by a black screen and just repeats the process, I shall endeavour to sort it out but doesn't look good.

Hello, FigTree, I just watched "Living Free" very nice professional work on the whole project, it looked like it must have taken a lot of effort to put all of it together especially having to come with ideas for the whole design of the video. Congrats on a superb video, hey and the music was fantastic as well, a great rocker. Thanks for checking out my videos "Abduction Blues" & "Astral Journey" I wrote Astral Journey in memory of my dad who died of lung cancer a couple of years ago, I thought that it would be a fitting memory for him. Have a good un ☺️.

But I (visually) left that place and went to the hills where in his silent loneliness he finds a place of reflection support and momentum being repetitively whispered to him (the waves of wind over the grass) - his attention is grabbed by the hum of keep going, keep onward. I didn't feel it was sad exactly, maybe more like a melancholy which dips in and out of uncertainty into promise. And there he finds purpose, and makes his own path. That is a really nice descriptive picture that you have outlined, and I think that a video along those lines would fit perfectly with the music that I have created. I would be really grateful if you could create a video to match up with "Early Years". I have been making videos to partner my tracks from my album "Visitations", I have no experience or formal training on the subject but I have managed to create a handful of videos using "Filmora" video editor and free video and image resources. I just learned as I went along and it is fun but as I say I don't have any formal training in the field so it would be great to have this collaboration with you on the track, thank you for the offer I very much appreciate it. Let me know if you have the time to put this together and I shall get the mastered audio to you via email or a dropbox link etc. In the meantime here's a link to some of the videos that I have created so far, I have them on a separate Youtube channel called "Ethereal Rock" which is a mix between progressive rock and ambient spacey rock music, thanks again for the offer of the collab, speak soon 👍.

Hello Figtree, and thank you for the heartwarming comments and fantastic visual description of how you see the track as it unfolds. Your description certainly put the picture in my mind's eye. When I was putting the track together I had a very sad feeling and kept picturing David on the Wogan show and I could feel his pain (I could have cried for him) at the ridicule that he received all of those years ago by Terry Wogan and the audience, which I thought was very cruel, but I suppose the reaction was predictable in retrospect. People's perceptions have dramatically changed over the years due to a lot of David's work and they certainly all aren't laughing now as David has proved a lot of people wrong with his insight and research. He amazes me with his intelligence and wisdom, he is so articulate in the way that he can go into so much detail about things, I'm sixty years old now and my brain feels frazzled some days ☺️ David seems to get more articulate with age so good on him. When I wrote the song I wanted to capture the peaceful and settled life in the early years in comparison to what it was about to become in his future years, and judging by your very nice comments I seem to have gotten this right, so thank you for the listen I appreciate it. When I get round to making a video for this track I shall try to use your description as a nice backdrop, thanks for the inspiration. I'm hoping to make a start on the second track tomorrow, time is of the essence as the work entrapment shackles leave little time for creation bah, but I shall see what progress I can make, best wishes 😊

Hello, oz93666, and thank you for the constructive comments and for listening to my track, I am very appreciative. Yeah I agree with you on the image it would have been more captivating with an alien all-seeing eye, I use images that are free for commercial use and no attribution required so there tends to be a bit less choice as to what is available. I suppose that it still highlights the elites who are under the control of the alien forces way down the rabbit hole as David likes to put it. I wasn't sure whether to add lyrics to the album as it progresses and as you suggested I thought along the same lines of interjecting small conversations into the tracks and I think that I will take this route, a good suggestion btw. The fading dialogue on the 1st track was a deliberate move, I wanted to set the flavour for what was to come to reflect David's early years as a sports presenter and then to move onto the musical body of the piece but thank you for highlighting it. Yeah, the next track will probably be about David's clairvoyant session with Betty Shine who made him realise that he had a mission in this world and then onto Peru where he experienced the flood of knowledge on the mountain. I have a rough tracklist and will try to get a snapshot of David's experiences within the space of an album, and I stress it will be a snapshot as you would need many albums to capture all of his work. Thanks again for the interest in the track and future album project, I shall keep you posted, best wishes.

    A world without money.

It is difficult to envisage a world without money as we have been so ingrained to this way of living but it is something IMO that could be achieved over a long transition. Not having money or a system of rewards would take away the motivation to work, I think that we would have to adjust and put our energies into yielding our own food sources such as cultivating a vegetable allotment and keeping poultry etc. Also, it would give us more time to be more creative musically and/or artistically and be able to focus our attention on family, which is ultimately what is the most important thing in life. I for one would love to throw off the shackles of work to follow a more free-flowing and natural life, great topic to raise btw.

I am an amateur musician/guitarist who likes to dabble and create music from home, I write and create my own songs using my home studio DAW (digital audio workstation) I've not long ago completed my 1st album called "Visitations" which has an alien theme. I was looking for inspiration for my next project and thought why not write an album about David Icke, I read and watch loads of his work so I could draw plenty of inspiration from the work that David has done. Anyway, to cut a long story short I've just completed the first track for the album which is called "Early Years" it's a short instrumental piece which I aimed to capture the feel of peace and tranquillity in David's earlier years before he embarked on his quest to unearth the truth as to what is really going on in the world. I've linked it if anyone wants to check it out, cheers. "Icke" (Early Years)
