What water is best to drink?

Recommended Posts

Obviously tap water is full of shite, main one being fluoride and for whatever reason people refuse to believe it’s bad for them. Bottled water is supposed to have crap in as well, something about tiny amounts of plastic too that lowers testosterone. Not good as I like the gym! And finally Dr Mercola recommends rain water, all animals drink it and so I think fair enough, however we have the geoengineering problem, loads of chemical crap is sprayed in the sky and it’s been found that one of the biggest elements in rainwater contamination is the neurotoxin aluminium. I personally filter my tap water, but would like to hear what other people thoughts are for the best water to drink :)

zark do you use the fluoride filter with yours?

i use doulton ceramic ones. can't afford big black ones.

i was looking at propur ones as they filter fluoride in the same unit

my water authority say they don't add fluoride.

i also read if you drink a high silica content water eg volvic it can remove aluminium from your body including your brain.

you have to drink 1.5 litres within an hour for 6 days

Silicea in homeopathy is easily available

Fluoride not added to water here but no I don't add the pfe.

I was thinking of a double system, using ceramic to get all the metals

3 tubs, top the berkey black, middle ceramic then the water capture at bottom.

Farming run off and chemical treatment is my big removal plus the heavy metals from industry.

Deep source ground water(1000 feet below in calcium carbonate rock and about 500,000 years old so no Fukushima bits in it) and the Berkey mentioned above work well on my end.

Surface water is nasty stuff, but those filters do an excellent job.
