remember that the Elite always wants to make you feel guilty for things that were not your idea to create

even if its true that the earth will be destroyed you must not participate in that
don´t buy useless things that you will not need -  don´t fly 3 times a year around the world because there are nice places close to you to visit...don´t drive a car and use public transport instead -  try to buy regional food and  try to eat less meat and if you eat meat than from animals who had some kind of life before they died - try to live a humble life..
and at least be frienldy to your surroundings - that´s the best you can do for this world...it is really simple...I try to do this evey day 😊

Do you reckon when they kids see that the world isn’t ending then it might wake them up?

Edit: reading through and watching the video made me realise that this is mass scale child abuse, a kid committing suicide is horrific. And of course the manipulators from other dimensions feeding off this unnecessary fear

tbh I only read the story about the suicide and it appears to come from a twitter news feed so maybe it shouldnt be taken as true

And anyeay

Does Greta.want to.do anything about mass migration into.her own.country I wonder ?

cant be good for the environment surely ?

I mean if we are going to take drastic measures.we should all be allowed to.suggest one or two surely

The Russians sure know how to heat a home! Yes, it takes a bit to warm up but once it's warm it's effective and efficient from what I read about them last night. Also, very cosy!

The secret to surviving in the area that Lars lives in Russia, is to keep warm, hense the term, "Heat is Half Meat", if you can keep warm your body does not have to work harder to create enough heat to keep your vital organs functioning, then the liver can function at optimum level instead of flat out needing lots more calories.

Yeahhhh...living in a one bed flat and using light bulbs - how dare I!!!

The average humble person lives as you suggest Moonlight. I can't drive, so cycle and walk ( get  bus now and again), been vegetarian since I was 18, wear charity shop/second hand clothes (mostly), recycle ( that includes any broken electric things- take them to a recycling centre) and plan to get a water butt and Wormery ( for composting).

This crazy fiasco the elite is driving goes to show what they think of the plebs- how dare we exist now that we are becoming of less use to them ( once they have the AI and robots/androids set up to serve them we will be defunct). They wanna get rid of us as soon as they can!

Maybe they think they can guilt trip the youngsters into not having any children! The oldies will all of course die in the next 10- 20 years so that takes care of them, so it's the youngsters they need to ensure will not breed and will be completely obedient.

The first thing that popped in my head when I saw her speak is, Turner Syndrome. She instantly reminded me of an episode of Law and Order SVU where the featured central character had Turner Syndrome, a condition where a woman only has one X chromosome. Females with Turner syndrome look like teenagers in their adult years. I looked up the characteristics and Greta definitely has a couple of them. The picture below shows her short pinky finger pretty well. I've also noticed a couple close up photos where she looked like she had a couple wirey grey hairs. She also never seems to take her hair out of those braided pigtails. Know any other 16 year olds that wear their hair like that in 2019? It feels forcefully youthful. Add to that her father's wikipedia page being challenged for multiple issues, like bogus citations... I haven't thrown the "she's an adult" theory out yet. Dad is also an actor. Greta has had rolls as an actress. The acting industry loves adults that look like children. Someone post her birth certificate. lol

Well some adult women plait their hair, but I agree Greta's plaits are done to look like a small girl's hairstyle. I bet it is deliberate! To me she looks about 12. Other people are commenting on this on the web- saying she looks 12 also and that is very small for a 16 year old. To me she looks like she's stunted in growth- I wouldn't be surprised if that is to do with her eating disorder- she didn't eat enough to grow. I also wouldn't be surprised if she hasn't gone through puberty yet either- she sure looks like she hasn't.

Well when this movement started about 10 years ago sceptical folks were predicting then the elite would be using it as an excuse to tax the plebs and start going on about "population control."

It's a doom/death cult.

Remember all the nonsense about 2012? I even knew a guy who thought the poles would reverse and the world would end. Needless to say nowt happened. 🤣

Here's a video we should play to Greta Doomberg:

How I'd love to play that over loudspeakers to the extinction rebellion cultists! We need a happy cult where we play this song and laugh and dance and drown out the death cultists' cries and wails of doom!

They often release songs like this during times of duress, here is one released during the great depression of the 30's, the global warming fraternity would love it today.

What is for sure, her true beginnings in life have been stolen away through design, she is almost a hermaphrodite in structure, neither one or the other in looks, this is what Bertrand Russell would have called a drone worker.

The cult of Greta Thunberg

This young woman sounds increasingly like a millenarian weirdo.

Anyone who doubts that the green movement is morphing into a millenarian cult should take a close look at Greta Thunberg. This poor young woman increasingly looks and sounds like a cult member. The monotone voice. The look of apocalyptic dread in her eyes. The explicit talk of the coming great ‘fire’ that will punish us for our eco-sins. There is something chilling and positively pre-modern about Ms Thunberg. One can imagine her in a sparse wooden church in the Plymouth Colony in the 1600s warning parishioners of the hellfire that will rain upon them if they fail to give up their witches.

It actually makes sense that Ms Thunberg – a wildly celebrated 16-year-old Swede who founded the climate-strike movement for schoolkids – should sound cultish. Because climate-change alarmism is becoming ever stranger, borderline religious, obsessed with doomsday prophecies. Consider Extinction Rebellion, the latest manifestation of the upper-middle classes’ contempt for industrialisation and progress. It is at times indistinguishable from old fundamentalist movements that warned mankind of the coming End of Days. I followed Extinction Rebellion from Parliament Square to Marble Arch yesterday and what I witnessed was a public display of millenarian fear and bourgeois depression. People did dances of death and waved placards warning of the heat-death of the planet. It felt deeply unnerving.

It struck me that this was a march against people. Most radical protest and direct action is aimed at officialdom or government or people with power. This macabre schlep through London was aimed squarely at ordinary people. Banners and placards made no disguise of the marchers’ contempt for how the masses live. We were told that ‘Meat = heat’ (that is, if you carry on eating meat, you fat bastards, the planet will get even hotter) and that driving and flying are destroying Mother Earth. Of course, it’s okay for them to fly – Emma Thompson jetted first-class from LA to London to lecture us plebs about all our eco-destructive holidaymaking. It’s only a problem when we do it; it’s only bad when we take advantage of the miracle of mass food production and the expansion of flight to make our lives fuller and more pleasurable. They detest that. They detest mass society and its inhabitants: the masses.

In keeping with all millenarian movements, the extinction-obsessed green cult reserves its priestly fury for ordinary people. Even when it is putting pressure on the government, it is really asking it to punish us. It wants tighter controls on car-driving, restrictions on flying, green taxes on meat. That these things would severely hit the pockets of ordinary people – but not the deep pockets of Emma Thompson and the double-barrelled eco-snobs who run Extinction Rebellion – is immaterial to the angry bourgeoisie. So convinced are they of their own goodness, and of our wickedness, that they think it is utterly acceptable for officialdom to make our lives harder in order to strongarm us into being more ‘green’. People complaining about Extinction Rebellion disrupting people’s lives in London over the past few days are missing the point – the entire point of the green movement is to disrupt ordinary people’s lives, and even to immiserate them. All in the jumped-up name of ‘saving the planet’.

And now the green cult has pushed Ms Thunberg into the position of its global leader, its child-like saviour, the messiah of their miserabilist political creed. What they have done to Ms Thunberg is unforgivable. They have pumped her – and millions of other children – with the politics of fear. They have convinced the next generation that the planet is on the cusp of doom. They have injected dread into the youth. ‘I want you to panic’, said Ms Thunberg at Davos, and the billionaires and celebs and marauding NGOs that were in attendance all lapped it up. Because adult society loves nothing more than having its own fear and confusions obediently parroted back to it by teenagers. They celebrate Thunberg because she tells them how horrible they are: it is an entirely S&M relationship, speaking to the deep self-loathing of the 21st-century elites.

Young people, Ms Thunberg isn’t your leader. She’s a patsy for scared and elitist adults. Don’t do as she says. Instead, refuse to panic, mock the blather about hellfire, and appreciate that mankind’s transformation of the planet has been a glorious thing that has expanded life expectancy, allowed billions to live in cities, and made it possible for even the less well-off to travel the globe. Sin against St Greta.

What Can Greta Teach Us?
Andy Shaw 7 JUNE 2019

Greta Thunberg is the 16-year-old school girl who is teaching the adult world a lesson. Politicians across the Western World are attending her classes and discovering insight in her lectures. Lost for words, they usher her onto public platforms to speak in their place. So, what is Greta teaching us? What can we learn?

Feel the Fear
Some cynics have dismissed Greta as a frightened child. But we should be frightened. The increase in the average global temperature by 0.15c degrees over the past decade is utterly terrifying. Try moving five feet in any direction, right now, and you will experience a comparable change in temperature. Feel the terror. This is real. This is happening.

Clarity of Vision
Although our understanding of planetary-wide thermo-dynamics is in its infancy, temperature change forecasts are notoriously inaccurate and energy policy decisions have profound implications, Greta has delivered a simple message: “We Are Going To Die”. She has succeeded in producing clarity out of complexity. We must amplify her simple message and deafen those who wish to confuse us with alternative views.

The Wisdom of Youth
Adults make judgements based on their life experience, but wisdom no longer comes with age. Greta has taught us that the naivety of youth produces true enlightenment. Can you remember what you were like as a 16-year-old and the passions that drove you? Hold onto that thought. When you are next in the polling booth, transport yourself back to your teenage years and ask yourself, what would my morally pure 16-year-old self do?

How to take action
Once you have voted, put your environmental conscience to work in the community.

Implement Emergency Measures
We can all be Greta.

Declare a climate emergency in your street and start to implement emergency measures.

Create a barricade across your street and, as your neighbours return from work, demand that they take one action per day to reduce their carbon footprint to zero.

Simple examples include:

If injured, refuse to be carried into an ambulance fuelled by diesel

Reject Amazon parcels unless they are delivered by bicycle or donkey

Teenagers can forgo their gap year and pretend to fly around the living room, rather than around the world

Turn off gas central heating and snuggle up to a nearby dog or cat to keep warm

The truly committed can:

Glue a prized body part to a passing train or lorry

Swim with a school of mackerel in the Atlantic to show solidarity

Breath in oxygen, but refuse to breathe out carbon dioxide and become a carbon storage cadaver

Act Now! Create a crisis through drama.

🤣

COFFEE HOUSE CULTURE HOUSE DAILY

In praise of the bands that said no to Greta Thunberg

Brendan-Oneill.png?auto=compress,enhance
GettyImages-1160311455.jpg?auto=compress

Brendan O'Neill

13 August 2019

My faith in rock music has been temporarily restored. According to the manager of The 1975, the execrable essay/song that his band recorded with diminutive doom-monger Greta Thunberg had previously been rejected by other bands. By ‘bigger artists than The 1975’, he says. He means this as a criticism. Like, ‘How dare these artists turn down the opportunity to work with Greta??’. But I think it’s brilliant. Saying No to Greta and her establishment-backed moaning about the man-made cataclysm that will shortly devour humanity yada yada is the most rock’n’roll thing you can do right now.

The 1975/Greta hook-up really is the most dreadful dirge. Over ambient piano music Greta intones about the end of the world. Natch. It is the usual mix of ageism and fearmongering we’ve come to expect from certain quarters of the eco-movement. ‘Older generations have failed’, says Greta, doing wonders for intergenerational relations. Apparently ‘we are facing a disaster of unspoken sufferings for enormous amounts of people’. Amounts? If Greta and the other green school-strikers had attended lessons, instead of bunking off to complain about humanity’s wretched impact on the planet, she might know it is ‘numbers of people’, not ‘amounts’.

It’s unlistenable. Who switches on their Spotify or goes to a gig to be lectured about how destructive humankind is? It reminds me of the time I went to see Radiohead, years ago, and Thom Yorke instructed the audience to buy George Monbiot’s latest book to find out what a mess we’ve made of Mother Earth. That brought to mind Noel Gallagher’s comments on Yorke: ‘No matter how much you sit their twiddling, going, “We’re all doomed”, at the end of the day people will always want to hear you play “Creep”. Get over it.’

So the fact that ‘big artists’ rejected the offer to turn Greta’s essay into a song is heartening. There is nothing remotely rebellious or even very interesting about being an eco-doom-monger. It’s the most mainstream thing you can be. In her 1975 essay/song, Greta calls for ‘civil disobedience’ and says ‘it is time to rebel’.

Who does she think she’s kidding? This is a young woman who has spoken at Davos, been feted by political stiffs across the globe, and who is shortly setting sail for the United States on a sixty foot racing yacht. Anyone who thinks that is rebellion is in urgent need of a dictionary.

It is time more adults said No to Greta. It is time grown-ups refused to listen to her simplistic and depressing message. Like the right-wing politicians in France who boycotted her talk at the French parliament. Okay, they went too far on the insults. One referred to her as a ‘guru of the apocalypse’. Another said she is ‘the Justin Bieber of ecology’. But their instinct was right: why should elected politicians, actual adults, nod along and cheer to the fear-laden speeches of a child?

None of this is Greta’s fault. I actually feel sorry for her. She is, in my view, being used. She is being pushed to the forefront of the eco-doomsday cult in order to give this flagging misanthropic creed a dash of youth and freshness. The problem isn’t Greta. It’s the adults who really should know better than to encourage a young girl, who has autism, to believe that ‘the house is on fire’ — that is, the Earth is on fire — and that we might all soon die. Who pumps a child, any child, with such dread and fear? Shouldn’t adults inspire children rather than clap and whoop as children effectively say, ‘I’m so, so scared’?

Right now there are fewer things more embarrassing, and sometimes even nauseating, than the sight of politicians and officials and celebrities going all goggle-eyed for Greta’s prophecies of calamity. It has all the ingredients of a cult. The wise godhead; the uncritical, wide-eyed acceptance of everything she says; the predictions of hellfire if we don’t atone for our eco-sins. What a lot of hysteria. For the good of public life, and for the good of Greta herself, let’s call an end to this infantile fearmongering and try to get back to reasoned debate. Those rock stars who said ‘Nah’ to Greta’s essay have shown us the way.

Greta Thunberg, Funerals for Glaciers, and the Human Need to Worship

09-24-2019

climate change protest (Adobe stock image)

NEWS ANALYSIS

There was a funeral in Switzerland Sunday for a disappearing glacier.

Hundreds gathered to mourn the loss of the Pizol glacier in the Glarus Alp, 80 to 90 percent of which is said to have melted since 2006.

CNN reports that many in attendance were dressed in formal, black funeral attire.

glacierclimatechange_hdv.jpg?itok=M-VJ4U

The scare claim of course is that if all the glaciers melt, rising sea levels will engulf coastal cities around the world.  But this event was about pure animism, defined as "the attribution of a soul to plants, inanimate objects, and natural phenomena."

An inanimate glacier in Switzerland 'died,' and humans held a ceremony.

It's something that used to be done only by primitive people.

French philosopher Pascal Bruckner, the author of The Fanaticism of the Apocalypse: Save the Earth, Punish Human Beings, told me that radical environmentalism has become a pagan religion, "because it uses all the elements of traditional religion, especially the theme of the apocalypse. You have this culture of fear: 'You have sinned, now you have to be punished'."

Meanwhile, the media is all in a tizzy about Greta Thunberg, the 16-year-old Swedish prophetess of doom who came to New York to give the world a final warning:  Repent or face climate judgment.

gretathunberg_hdv.jpg?itok=H-EU8Tj9

Here's a climate warning from 1932:  melting glaciers will flood cities. Then the earth got cold again. Glaciers were growing in the 1970s. Some warn the Earth is cooling again.

But climate denial is religious heresy to a generation of wealthy, empty, spiritually-confused people in desperate need of a new salvation story.

Dr. Bruce Aims, professor of biochemistry and molecular biology emeritus at the University of California, Berkeley, perhaps said it best: "God died, then (Karl) Marx, so now they're worshipping the planet."

The most holy in this climate religion call themselves "The Voluntary Human Extinction Movement." They believe that "phasing out the human race by voluntarily ceasing to breed will allow Earth's biosphere to return to good health. Crowded conditions and resource shortages will improve as we become less dense."

This is the spiritual core of modern-day environmentalism:  Humans are evil. Nature is good.

Ice is alive.

Critical thinking is dead.
