Streatham: Man shot dead by police after stabbings in London

Quote

Gulled Bulhan, a 19-year-old student from Streatham, saw the shooting take place in front of a Boots pharmacy.

"I was crossing the road when I saw a man with a machete and silver canisters on his chest being chased by what I assume was an undercover police officer," he told the PA news agency.

"The man was then shot. I heard three gunshots."

Usual BS then. must be very brave police to fire at a potential bomb. Note to self if i ever go all jihadi make sure my bomb is wired up to a hart monitor or hold a dead-mans switch so when piggy go shoot shoot i go bang. If i can think of it surely a hardened jihadist can.

i think all city centres have plain clothes armed response working everyday

after 7/7 there were a few reports of people phoning police after seeing men with guns under coats in london, manchester and liverpool city centres. no arrests made or gun squads sent

today i reckon teams of at least 10 are mulling around city centres, ready to act

i think we are beyond groomed & monitored today

The timing of this is very odd. I mean, on Friday, we had Westminster absolutely packed to capacity with people celebrating or lamenting Brexit. A perfect time and place for some terrorist to make their point but instead, they decide to strike on a Sunday in Streatham High Road. OK, plenty of people there too but hardly as much as Westminister on Friday.

i read the story

The attacker was under active police surveillance at the time of the incident, which police described as "terrorist-related".

but yes, there are armed persons (military or domestic policing) plain clothed on UK streets.

Not unless they're expecting something to happen.

It's Streatham. Local demand probably.

Possibly a greater chance of being apprehended but not killed if they took on the thousands celebrating Brexit?

When the BBC brings out Peter Power, the ex copper who just so happened to be running a drill  on 7/7 at exactly the same time

and stations where the bombs went off, then I know this Streatham story stinks.

From the BBC today

"Peter Power, a former police officer who now works at Crisis Management Specialists, tells BBC News that armed response vehicles - such as the ones that were on the scene in Streatham - usually contain three heavily-armed officers."Those vehicles are constantly on the move, although in central London they do have a certain number of posts where they are parked and ready to go if and when they are called. "With a bit of luck those vehicles could get from central London to Streatham in five or 10 minutes."

https://www.bbc.com/news/live/uk-51350195

Peter Power on 7 July 2005

And Peter Power also on the 7/7 predictive programming BBC Panorama in 2004

The only CCTV on the street is above Boots itself & looks like a government one.
